When you book a consultation, join our waitlist, or subscribe to our newsletter, we collect the information you provide: your name, email address, timezone, and any notes you share about your skin concerns. Payment details are processed directly by Stripe and are never stored on our servers.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to deliver consultations, send booking confirmations and calendar invitations, provide personalized skincare recommendations, and — if you opt in — send our newsletter and product updates. We never sell your data to third parties.

3. Third-Party Services

We rely on trusted processors to operate: Stripe (payments), Google Calendar (scheduling), and Resend (transactional email). Each processes your data only as needed to provide their service and under their own privacy policies.

4. Data Retention & Security

Booking records are retained for as long as needed to provide follow-up support and meet legal obligations. You may request deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us.

5. Your Rights
